Job DescriptionJob Summary
  • We are working with a Software Integration company for HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management (HRM):
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies
  • Supervise payroll, benefits, and compensation processes
Human Resource Development (HRD):
  • Identify training and development needs across departments
  • Design and implement learning & development programs
  • Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  • Promote a culture of learning, growth, and internal mobility
Employee Engagement & Activities:
  • Plan and execute team outings, CSR events, and company trips
  • Develop and coordinate employee engagement activities such as team-building workshops, wellness programs, and celebrations
  • Regularly gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and morale
  • Serve as a culture ambassador to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HRM and HRD
  • Experience in organizing company events and engagement programs
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Creative, energetic, and organized with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
