Oversee all credit-related transaction processing to ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Manage and review internal control processes to ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements (BOT and SEC).
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all credit functions.
Plan, supervise, and support staff development in areas such as product knowledge, operating procedures, control limits, and credit information management.
Manage and optimize internal resources to enhance operational effectiveness.
Control and monitor operating expenses within the approved budget.
Identify and manage high-risk areas, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Align operational processes and systems with Group standards and initiatives where
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher in Banking and Finance or related field
At least 10 years' experiences in Credit Operations
Strong knowledge of credit products, operational workflows, and regulatory frameworks (BOT, SEC).
Good command of English and Thai both written and spoken
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
