Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Quality Management Staff to act as the main contact for customer quality issues. You will handle quality documentation, manage customer complaints, support audits, and drive problem-solving activities.Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer communications on quality issues.
  • Prepare and submit PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR.
  • Act as 8D coordinator for complaints and investigations.
  • Support customer audits and trial events.
  • Analyze defective parts and lead containment actions.
  • Support new product launches and quality reporting.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of 8D problem-solving and IATF 16949.
  • Good English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience with SAP or Power BI is a plus.
  • Japanese or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
