Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Quality Management Staff to act as the main contact for customer quality issues. You will handle quality documentation, manage customer complaints, support audits, and drive problem-solving activities.Key Responsibilities
Handle customer communications on quality issues.
Prepare and submit PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR.
Act as 8D coordinator for complaints and investigations.
Support customer audits and trial events.
Analyze defective parts and lead containment actions.
Support new product launches and quality reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of 8D problem-solving and IATF 16949.
Good English (speaking, reading, writing).
Experience with SAP or Power BI is a plus.
Japanese or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
