- Oversee daily Operation of all IT systems including servers, networks, PMS(Property Management System), POS,CRM,Telephone systems, CCTV and WiFi.
- Ensure system backups are performed regularly and data integrity is maintained.
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and ensure prompt resolution of IT issue.
- Maintain IT hardware, Including destops,laptops,printers, routers,switches and other peripheral devices.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protech hotel systems and guest information.
- Plan and manage the IT budget.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware/software for purchase in alignment with hotel's needs.
- Train staff on IT procedure, software use and best practices.
- Stay updated with current technology trends and recommend innovations.
- Bacherlor's degree in IT,computer Sciense or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or management
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems(eg.Opera, Fidelio,MICROS, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
