We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve meals and drinks with attention to proper etiquette and timing
Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions
Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow staff members
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Thai cuisine, fine dining etiquette, and beverage service
Excellent customer service and communication skills in Thai and English
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and supportive attitude towards colleagues
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
