Source and select suppliers that meet product requirements (e.g., Apparel, Accessories, Jewelry) on schedule
Identify and onboard new suppliers for production capability evaluation
Optimize costs by sourcing high-quality raw materials at competitive prices
Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO/PR) via BC system
Create product codes for individual items and bundles (BOM/Bundle)
Inspect and ensure product quality before warehouse delivery
Coordinate timely product deliveries to the warehouse
Verify supplier invoices and payment requests

Strong negotiation skills with internal teams and external partners
Excellent planning, coordination, and follow-up abilities to ensure timely deliver
Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage urgent or unexpected issues
High attention to detail in documentation and product specifications

Flexible to work off-site, upcountry, or on weekends if required
