Location: Silom / Sathorn , Bangkok,Salary: Up to THB 80,000-100,000 months (depending on experience)Start Date: As soon as possibleJob SummaryA leading international insurance firm is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Transformation Analyst to join its transformation team. This role will support the company's digital finance initiatives and work closely with the Head of Finance & Accounting Transformation. Ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in finance, audit, or corporate data analytics.Responsibilities
Develop and manage dashboards and data visualizations for management reporting
Analyze financial and operational data to support transformation initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, audit, actuarial) to ensure accurate data flows
Support financial process improvements using BI tools and automation
Provide insight and recommendations to leadership through data analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
2-4 years of experience in internal audit, corporate finance, or financial data analytics
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
SQL or data warehouse knowledge is advantageous
Ability to communicate clearly in both Thai and English
