Oversee end-to-end production operations for high-end jewelry OEM manufacturing, ensuring orders are completed on time without compromising quality.
Manage and optimise CAD/CAM/3D printing processes, including work flow, prioritisation, quality checks, and team supervision.
Lead and supervise craftsmen, balancing workload, monitoring skill levels, and driving continuous performance improvement.
Establish and manage QC/QA processes to minimise errors, final QC issues, and customer rejections.
Drive staff management initiatives including hiring, training, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Implement cost optimisation strategies while maintaining operational excellence and efficiency.
Introduce and integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance production capabilities.
Oversee administrative aspects of production, including gold loss monitoring, work flow control, and compliance with standards.
The Successful Applicant
At least 10 years of experience in fine and high jewelry manufacturing
Thorough understanding of manufacturing methods for fine jewelry
Agile, highly organised, and a strong leader
Fluent in English
