Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports, ensure all data on sales metrics, trends, and performance.
Manage and track sales incentive programs, ensure all incentive calculations according to performance
Work with distributors and internal teams to monitor inventory and track sales forecasts. Including lead strategic sales plan, ensuring the market in-store execution and identify business opportunity.
Track all spending on promotions and other trade investments. Coordinate with distributors to ensure that all financial information is accurate.
Experience requirements
At least 7 years of experience in sales operations, distributor efficiency, or a similar role.
Experience working with distributors or in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is a plus.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including advanced functions like INDEX-MATCH and macros.
Good command of speaking and written English
