Marketing Manager - FMCG

• Lead the marketing strategy of a diversified group with ambitious growth plans
• Take ownership of end-to-end marketing activities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support business objectives
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Plan and manage the marketing budget to maximize effectiveness
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media, billboards, and paid ads
• Manage content creation for advertising, promotional materials, and public relations
• Manage and mentor the marketing team as the department expands

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries
• Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, content)
• Solid track record in brand management and campaign execution
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and ROI
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring teams
• Fluent in English; Thai language is a plus
