Position: Product Development ManagerResponsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and senior management to plan and define strategies for product development and management.
Research market trends, competitors, cosmetic industry innovations, and customer feedback to gather insights for improving and developing new products.
Plan and prioritize product development projects, monitor progress, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery to customers or end-users.
Prepare and manage budgets related to product development and maintenance across the team.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and prototypes for user validation.
Collect, analyze, and summarize user/customer/internal staff requirements to confirm business needs and ensure clear communication with the development team.
Act as a liaison between departments to consult, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues, ensuring smooth product functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development or product management.
Experienced in leading and managing cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to guide team members toward achieving product development goals efficiently and collaboratively.
Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills.
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of product development processes and product lifecycle.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
Experience in cosmetics or FMCG industries preferred.
