Reports to: Chief Executive Officer / Group COOResponsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership & M&A Integration:
- Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that directly supports and enables group-wide business objectives, with a critical focus on M&A readiness, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on critical aspects of organizational design, talent strategy, and cultural integration throughout business acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring initiatives.
- Provide proactive and strategic insights on workforce risks and opportunities during both pre-deal and post-deal phases, ensuring seamless people integration and value creation. * Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:- Develop and lead a robust recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across the varied industries within our group.
- Design and implement scalable workforce planning models that accurately forecast and align with both current and future business needs.
- Drive impactful employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in highly competitive markets. * Compensation & Benefits:- Oversee the strategic design and meticulous management of compensation frameworks and comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring they are both highly competitive and fully compliant with Thai labor laws.
- Align reward structures directly to business performance outcomes and critical talent retention strategies.
- Ensure the smooth and accurate operation of payroll, incentive schemes, and related financial processes. * Employee Relations & Engagement:- Cultivate and champion a positive, high-performance work culture across all diverse business units within the group.
- Lead the development and execution of dynamic employee engagement strategies, communication frameworks, and effective change management initiatives.
- Manage sensitive employee relations issues with a commitment to fairness, legal compliance, and effective resolution. * Learning & Development and Performance Management:- Drive a culture of continuous learning through the design and delivery of structured Learning & Development (L&D) programs that enhance both functional expertise and critical leadership capabilities.
- Oversee succession planning and talent development programs for high-potential employees and key strategic roles.
- Implement a group-wide performance management system that fosters accountability, promotes individual and team growth, and ensures alignment with overarching corporate goals.
- Promote a feedback-driven culture with clear performance expectations and well-defined career development pathways. * Compliance & Policy Governance:- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and decisions consistently comply with local labor regulations (Thailand) and stringent corporate governance standards.
- Lead new policy development, ensuring effective communication, comprehensive training, and consistent implementation across the entire organization. * Organizational Development & Change Management:- Champion significant organizational design, restructuring, and transformation projects, particularly during post-M&A integration phases.
- Strengthen overall organizational effectiveness through meticulous change readiness assessments, robust stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement initiatives. * HR Technology & Analytics:- Lead the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems (HRIS) to enable data-driven decision-making, enhance process efficiency, and improve the employee experience.
- Ensure the integrity of HR data, accuracy of reporting, and strict compliance with all data privacy standards. * Team Leadership & Capability Building:- Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing and agile HR team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the HR function, fostering continuous professional growth.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience within Human Resources.
  • At least 5-7 years of this experience must be in senior HR leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated success in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, specifically encompassing HR due diligence and leading integration efforts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Thai labor law, HR governance frameworks, and local market practices.
  • Proven ability in effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in various HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms.
  • Competence in utilizing HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
