- Work with a software development team to implement and setup software/application as client’s requirement
- Provide training and support with users to ensure they understand the functionality of software/application with English or Thai language depend on client
- Communicate with client to provide the regular update on client's software/application
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and work with software development team to develop and implement solutions
- Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals and training materials
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years working experience in software trainer, software implementer, software engineer, IT sales or related fields
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good communication with English and Thai language
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage a time with vary client’s time zone
- Able to travel to client sites in Thailand and other countries
