Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic financial leader to serve as the Head of Investor Relations. This role is pivotal in driving growth acceleration through strategic financial management and effective communication with the investment community. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between company leadership, investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business strategy and investor expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic IR Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and capital markets objectives.Enhance Shareholder Value
Drive strategic communications to maximize shareholder value and elevate the company's reputation in capital markets through transparent and credible presentation of corporate vision, performance, and strategy.Investor Alignment
Bridge the gap between investor expectations and business strategy by proactively managing communication risks and ensuring clarity in messaging.Investor Engagement
Lead and manage strategic relationships with institutional investors, analysts, credit rating agencies, and other financial stakeholders through roadshows, earnings calls, and ESG-related engagements.Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with SET/SEC regulations and global disclosure standards by delivering accurate, timely, and transparent investor communications.Qualifications and Experience
- 10-15+ years of experience in equity markets or investor relations within a large-cap company.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance.
- Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to communicate complex strategies to non-specialist investors.
- In-depth knowledge of SET regulations, Thai capital markets, global investor behavior, and the regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Executive presence and confidence in engaging with senior executives and global investors.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
