  • Prepare materials for quarterly earnings releases, including presentations, MD&A, scripts, and potential Q&A documents.
  • Support the production of the annual report by collaborating with internal teams
Investor Communication and Engagement
  • Respond to investor inquiries with accurate and relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring all logistical and communication needs are met.
  • Maintain and update the investor database, tracking interactions and feedback.
Market Monitoring and Analysis
  • Conduct research on market trends, peer group performance, and investor sentiment.
  • Compile reports summarizing investor activity, shareholding patterns, and market developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support IR strategies.
Event Coordination
  • Assist in organizing key investor events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), investor days, and site visits.
  • Ensure all event materials are prepared and distributed according to timelines and quality standards.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all investor communications adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support the preparation and submission of compliance reports, including disclosures and filings.
  • Monitor adherence to blackout periods and regulatory restrictions for public communication.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with finance, strategy, legal, and corporate communications teams to gather data for investor communications.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of information.
Qualification:
  • Proven ability to conduct meticulous reviews of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach in identifying and resolving data or messaging discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and distill it into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in analyzing market trends and identifying potential risks to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of recommending data-driven solutions to enhance investor communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
