Direct reports: 2Make a difference as an Accounting Manager
As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading statutory and corporate reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, Thai GAAP, and tax regulations. You will oversee internal controls (SOX), manage tax and audit processes, and provide leadership to a small team, while collaborating with shared services and local plant finance to drive continuous improvement.What you will do :Lead the preparation and submission of financial reports under US GAAP and Thai GAAPEnsure accurate and timely month-end closing and transaction reviewManage tax compliance, including direct, indirect, and BOI submissionsOversee fixed asset management, statutory reporting, and account reconciliationsEnsure strong SOX compliance and effective internal controlsAct as the key contact for internal and external auditsLead, coach, and develop a team of two accountants to build strong capabilityCollaborate with SSC (Kuala Lumpur) and Plant Finance to streamline processesWhat you will bring :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in accounting at the managerial levelStrong knowledge of Thai tax, BOI regulations, US GAAP, and Thai GAAPFluent in English, both written and spokenWho you are :Proven leadership and team management skillsAdvanced proficiency in SAP/ERP and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesWhy Join Ingredion?
