• Enter partner's info into Sales Force.
• Introduce Enphase technology and product to partner.
• Assess a partner's business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell Enphase products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner's P&L.
• Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives
• Support the Residential and Commercial Sales Organization with Product's Technical Expertise
• Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
• Conduct live training, presentations, and webinars.
• Execute customer-facing Technical Product Adoption programs.
• Execute customer-facing New Product Introduction (NPI) field activities.
• Develop and deliver documentation such as: design guides, line diagrams, standard BOMs,technical briefs, best practices, and training.
• Provide clear Customer Technical Requirements feedback to Product Management and Product Development Teams.
• Engage in specialized System Designs support activities.
• Coordinate and execute field testing and feedback collection for new hardware and software.
• Understanding our customers' processes and procedures and modifying training approach(es) to promote adoption of best practices for operational efficiency.
• Acting as liaison between our customers and the broader Enphase organization to ensure that customers' needs are incorporated into training and product designs.
