Responsible for mortgage loan processing and approval within assigned time to ensure customer’s needs are met in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
Responsible for mortgage loan origination including property valuation, credit check, debt-to-income ratio calculation, income verification, loan application package preparation, loan approval process and loan documentation preparation.
Provide assistance on mortgage related matters to all UOB customers.
Provide feedback to sales staff on any loan applications which have been rejected or approved with special conditions so as to enable them to understand the reasons for rejection/approval of loans and improve their selling skills.
Job Responsibility
Review loan applications and prepare loan recommendations according to Bank's guidelines.
Prepare loan documentation for both UOB customers and non-UOB customers.
Ensure compliance with BOT’s regulations and UOB policies and procedures.
Maintain high quality service standards and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates on loan status.
Process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
