- You will be the driving force behind a high-impact total rewards strategy shaping compensation, optimizing payroll, and ensuring seamless benefits delivery. Your leadership will directly influence employee experience, organizational efficiency, and our ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Compensation & Benefit
- Conduct salary, benefits, and welfare market surveys and benchmarking
- Design and implement total rewards strategies to support employee engagement and competitiveness
- Act as a central point for cost control of benefits and welfare programs
- Forecast and propose annual HR budget related to total rewards
- Negotiate with service providers for group benefits (e.g., health insurance, wellness
- Annual Performance Reward
- Consolidate and analyze performance ratings from business units
- Propose and manage the annual performance reward budget
- Payroll & Benefit Administration
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll by updating employee movements including:
- Onboarding and offboarding
- OT, commission, rewards, and reimbursements
- Contributions (e.g., PVD) and deductions
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll for review
- Generate payroll slips and ensure accurate statutory filings
- Handle monthly and annual SSO, WHT, and PVD reports and payments
- HRIS & Reporting
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Issue employee-related documents such as employment certificates
- Conduct employee background checks and verifications
- Manage employee service requests including:
- Pay data reports (OT, commissions, rewards)
- Reimbursement submissions and tracking
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B, payroll, or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (SSO, WHT, PVD)
- Experience in designing reward strategies in the tech or fast-growing industry is a plus
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
