- Manage Quality Systems to ensure finished product meet the quality standard and for consumer satisfaction. Deliver quality and accurate reports to decrease operational time and costs.
- Follow the Strategic Quality Plan to support business growth.
- Manage to ensure products are evaluated and tested in accordance with PepsiCo Standard and Thai Food Regulation requirement. Manage all activities in the Laboratory.
- Manage to control the product quality to specification compliance and prevent unqualified finished goods going out to customers.
- Assist Q&FS Manager to manage MOH plan to achieve target setting.
- Drive continuous improvement thru productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target. Reduced waste from hold, rejected product to support Plant TE.
- Support EHS system.
- Develop team technical capability.
- Develop team competencies.
- Encourage subordinates to work in a team and cross function.
- Self-development.
- Master or Bachelor of Science in Food Science Food Industry, Food Engineering, Argo Industry or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Quality and Food Safety system in food manufacturing.
- Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
- Good written and communication skills in English and Thai
- Experience in dealing with food safety risks and product quality issues in food manufacturing.
- Leadership skills.
- HACCP and ISO22000 knowledge.
- Experience in SAP is preferable.
- A good team player, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able travel across country for training or co-manufacturing audit.
- Experience in SAP execution.
- Experience in AIB program.
- Experience as project leader of ISO22000, FSSC22000, and other Food System.
- Experience as an auditor in Internal Audit.
- Experience as a project team of quality improvement project.
- Experience in budgeting.
