  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, with at least 8 years in Traditional Trade.
  • Strong leadership in managing distributor networks and regional sales teams.
  • Deep market insight and data-driven decision-making to drive performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Open-minded, agile, and passionate about growth in competitive environments.
