- To lead and work with cross-functional teams internally & externally including parts supplier, Thailand Automotive Institute, Customs Department, Department of Foreign Trade and Finance for the Local Content / Regional Value Content approval and DFT's Certificate of Origin as required time-plan.
- To set up efficient Customs processes to support FTM operation, New Project, Plant expansion and new model Launch to align with FZ regulation.
- To develop FZ system to control all operation related to Free Zone stock.
- Arrangement with BOI to follow all procedures & requirements with non-compliance issues.
- To classify / verify / implement proper tariff code, duty and privileges applied to Customs.
- In-depth knowledge of Customs Laws.
- Knowledge in Supply Chain & Logistics Planning / Management
- To set up FTM operations and requirements with 3PL for customs processes and set up timing of Import-export shipments to align with related team.
- To set up FTM internal operations and requirements to be aligned with 3PL, customs and external parties for Import-export shipments.
- To monitor, keep and manage related customs documentations and processes without non-compliance issues.
- To monitor lead time a clearance process, to avoid an extra cost effect.
- Managing cost for operation fee to 3PL which related R&R, review cost every quarter to meet annual budget, adjustable budget if any lower or shortage.
- Team leads to maintain and or sustain ISO and 5S activity.
- Constantly striving to team to achieve department objective.
- To direct contact with customs if required.
- Other jobs as assigned.
Experience: Proven experience as a Customs Analyst, Import/Export Coordinator, or Trade Analyst, preferably in a multinational company, automotive or regional value content processing under Rules of Origin pertaining to Thailand Customs Free Zone regulations as well as international trade agreements..
Certifications: In-dept knowledge of customs regulations.
