• Conduct technology scouting to identify and assess external technologies or innovations with potential to create business opportunities for the company.
• Coordinate and build collaborations with external partners, both domestic and international, such as startups, academic institutions, and research organizations.
• Develop and manage Open Innovation projects from the initial stage through pilot testing to full implementation.
• Prepare proposals, feasibility analysis reports, and business impact assessments related to innovation adoption.
• Support innovation strategy planning and promote innovation-driven activities within the organization, such as Innovation Day, pitching events, and workshops.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and strategic analysis skills in English; able to effectively collaborate with both internal and external partners (TOEIC
