
Learning Coordinator

- Assist the Learning Manager in organizing and implementing training initiatives across all departments.
- Coordinate training , including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and communication with trainers and participants.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and feedback reports.
- Track employee participation.
- Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to arrange training sessions and ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist in developing training materials and presentations.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support related to training budgets, reports, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative roles (experience in hospitality is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills-both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for learning and development.
