Manage and improve quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and EXCiPACT.
Develop and revise procedures, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping aligned with plant and quality standards.
Monitor and report key performance indicators to support operational efficiency and quality goals.
Prepare documentation for customer audits, lead complaint investigations, and communicate resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and oversee food safety programs, including validation and verification of critical control points and cleaning processes.
Review batch records, in-process data, and testing results to ensure product quality before release.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including occupational safety and health standards.
Generate monthly reports and statistical analyses to track product and process capability and drive quality performance.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or related field of study.
5-7 years of experience in Quality and Food Safety system management.
Experience with Quality System management ISO 9001, cGMP & HACCP, FSSC 22000, pharmaceutical quality management and EXCiPACT is preferred.
Excellent computer skills and software knowledge, including proficiency in programs such SAP, Microsoft Office.
Formal statistical training and demonstrated ability to apply statistical techniques to laboratory methods and plant processes.
Demonstrated ability to apply chemistry concepts to solve problems.
Knowledge of QC techniques and experience with ISO9001, cGMP & HACCP, FSSC 22000, EXCiPACT and USP quality requirements relative to pharmaceutical excipients and food additives.
