  • Identify and address legal, regulatory, and public issues through research and proactive problem-solving, while representing the company in proceedings as needed.
  • Review and approve contracts, event materials, marketing content, and sales materials to ensure compliance with ethical and business standards.
  • Manage and provide contract templates and specialized legal clauses to support business units effectively.
  • Oversee legal aspects of operations, including price advertising rules, sponsorships, events, and consistent application of ethical practices like telemarketing and email rules.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsels in Thailand and the Philippines and liaise with the APAC regional counsel to maintain up-to-date corporate governance databases.
  • Prepare and manage regional reports on litigation, legal issues, and unauthorized channel sales for analysis and project management.
  • Act as a liaison across business units and regional teams to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, while maintaining a strong ethical reputation.
Experience requirements
  • Licensed lawyer in Thailand with a law degree from a recognized university and membership in the Thailand Bar.
  • Background in governmental affairs, international relations, economics, or public policy is an advantage.
  • 10 years of experience in a large law firm or multinational corporate legal department, ideally within an MNC or the food & wellness industry.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience or strong interest in handling overseas legal matters, particularly in the Philippines, is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, international business practices, trade policies, and corporate governance administration.
  • Skilled in reducing litigation risks, managing disputes, reviewing contracts, and navigating regulatory relations with autonomy and cultural sensitivity.
