Our client is a leading player in the investment management industry, seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment. This role is responsible for promoting investment products that meet evolving customer needs, expanding and managing a strong client base, enhancing brand presence, and improving operational efficiency through innovation, technology, and data-driven decision-making. The position also requires building and developing a flexible, agile marketing team to ensure long-term organizational sustainability.Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop proactive and responsive marketing strategies to strengthen product positioning and brand visibility across target segments.
- Analyze market trends and investor behavior to design effective campaigns across multiple media channels.
- Work closely with the product team to define key value propositions and targeted communication strategies.
- Leverage technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
- Evaluate and optimize sales and distribution processes to improve agility and performance.
- Build retention plans for existing clients and strategies to attract new investor segments.
- Strengthen client engagement and deepen awareness of the company's offerings.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Plan and monitor department performance on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Lead regular team sessions, provide coaching, resolve challenges, and support results delivery.
- Drive continuous capability development and lead workforce planning.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and oversee effective allocation of resources.
- Ensure budget adherence and evaluate ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Represent marketing in key internal committees such as BDC, MC, and BOD, presenting updates and aligning with corporate strategy.
- Participate in shaping and reviewing internal marketing policies to support strategic alignment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, investments, or the asset management industry.
- A well-established client base or strong professional network is a strong advantage.
- Deep knowledge of investment products, investor segments, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proven leadership in team management and strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in market analysis and investment-focused marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Experience with marketing technologies (MarTech), analytics, and digital tools is a plus.
