Partner with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, mergers & acquisitions, and capital investments.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across all retail divisions.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Drive performance analysis, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to monitor KPIs and financial performance.
Support treasury operations including cash flow management, debt financing, and investment strategies.
Optimize working capital and ensure liquidity across the group.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Deputy CFO should have:
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in an international, multi-brand retail or FMCG environment.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Must possess CPA and CPD.
Experience in overseeing accounting shared service is an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Thai language.
