Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across multiple business units. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of project and program management methodologies, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward achieving strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Define and manage program scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives.Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs and projects.Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.Provide regular status reports, executive summaries, and program dashboards to leadership.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating program performance and implementing enhancements.Mentor and guide junior project managers or team members as needed.Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).10 years of program or project management experience in Automotive Industry, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.Proven success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs in a fast-paced environment.Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
