  • Proactively solicit new event business through various channels, including cold calling, networking, site inspections, and industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Conduct site inspections and product presentations to showcase the hotel's event facilities and services.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Event Planning & Execution:
  • Collaborate closely with the Banquet, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including room setups, audiovisual requirements, food and beverage selections, and special requests.
  • Ensure all event details are communicated accurately and efficiently to relevant departments.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Administrative & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and event information in the system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other hotel activities as required.
