Analyze core business objectives and translate them into clear business and system requirements to support the implementation of technology solutions.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support teams and leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Design process flowcharts and document process steps and narratives to improve efficiency and transparency.
Develop communication plans and deliver effective stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and engagement.
Lead and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across projects and initiatives.
Facilitate consensus among stakeholders by providing balanced, fact-based insights and influence.
Foster strong working relationships across different business units, including subject matter experts and senior leadership.
Effectively lead or support meetings by capturing key notes, decisions, action items, risks, and issues.
Monitor progress of project deliverables and drive the closure of open action items and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
Manage multiple projects or tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders towards consensus
Must have
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience from insurance / banking industry is preferred
Insurance knowledge in terms of non-life (general) insurance products and process are required
Nice to have
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Experience in creating detailed reports
Familiar with data analytics and software
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
