The Successful Applicant
Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership in cold chain operations.
10+ years' experience in Business Development, or Hunting Sales within cold storage business.
Knowledgeable in refrigeration systems and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
Strong in budgeting, planning, and client negotiations.
Proven leader of large teams with cross-functional collaboration skills.
