  • Lead the detailed design and documentation of HVAC systems for data centers, including drawings and material submissions.
  • Provide on-site technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ensure successful completion of functional, HVAC, and integration system tests, including PAC sign-off.
  • Ensure HVAC system construction is fully aligned with approved designs and standards.
  • Support the technical director and project manager in overall project execution and coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in HVAC system design from design institutes, consulting firms, integrators, or equipment manufacturers.
  • Experience in large-scale data center projects (500+ racks) is highly valued.
  • International HVAC design experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable to high-pressure environments.
  • Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills; effective in multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, especially within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Solid understanding of air conditioning water systems, air systems, and smoke exhaust systems.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of heat transfer and air conditioning; capable of independently performing CFD simulations and resolving related issues.
  • Proficient in HVAC system design and drafting; familiar with relevant design standards.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified HVAC Engineer, Uptime ATD/ATS, Chartered Engineer in HVAC.
