Technical Project Manager (140k - Bangna - Hybrid)

• Manage Projects: Lead core system initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as the main contact for leadership and partners.
• Handle Risks & Issues: Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and apply lessons learned.
• Optimise Resources: Allocate team resources effectively to meet deadlines and maximise output.
• Drive Improvement: Promote process enhancements and adopt relevant technologies.
• Ensure Technical Quality: Oversee system design and integration, ensuring performance and scalability.

• 5+ years in project management (PM/PMO).
• Having worked with at least 3 years in the automotive industry (sales or after-sales projects) is a plus.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex software delivery projects for core or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence, and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Must be able to perform efficiently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and handle new responsibilities with agility.
• Fluent in both Thai and English for conversation and documentation.
• Location: Bangna with hybrid working arrangement.

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Familiarity with SQL and one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, .NET, or JavaScript. Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP is a plus.
