Set up and manage quality control procedures for every stage of apparel/garment production, from raw materials to finished products.
Lead the quality control team by providing support, training, and regular feedback.
Carry out regular checks and audits to make sure products and processes meet quality standards.
Find and fix quality issues by putting solutions in place and tracking how well they work.
Work closely with production, design, and sourcing teams to solve quality problems and improve overall product quality.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related fields
At least 7 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the apparel or garment industry
Proven success in setting up and managing quality control systems in garment manufacturing
Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, testing methods, and industry quality standards
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to find root causes and apply practical solutions
Good leadership and communication skills, able to work well with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and product quality
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
