- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand objectives across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content (copy, images, videos, infographics) tailored to each platform.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on digital trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior to ensure content relevance and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure all communication reflects the brand's tone of voice and adheres to cultural and contextual sensitivity.
- Support campaign planning and execution, including influencer collaborations, paid media initiatives, and community engagement.
- Engagement Rate: Likes, comments, shares, and interaction per post.
- Reach & Impressions: Number of people exposed to content across platforms.
- Follower Growth: Increase in followers/subscribers per platform.
- Conversion Metrics: Click-through rate (CTR), lead generation, or sales attributed to social media campaigns.
- Content Production: Number of posts, videos, or campaigns delivered on schedule.
- Audience Sentiment: Positive/negative feedback, comments, and brand perception analysis.
- Campaign ROI: Performance of paid campaigns vs. budget and objectives.

- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management.Creative & Communication Skills- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Excellent writing & copywriting skills in Thai and English.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice to match brand identity.
- Skilled in visual & multimedia communication (images, videos, infographics).Technical (Digital & Software)- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to use Canva / Figma for quick design.
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Social media platform management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.Strategic & Analytical Skills- Ability to analyze social media insights and optimize content strategies.
