- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from managers and the leadership team, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement business-specific HR strategies.
- Provide coaching and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, including employment contracts, working hours, benefits, and termination procedures.
- Lead HR processes such as compensation planning, performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning.
- Manage workplace investigations and employee grievances with integrity and confidentiality.
- Support organizational changes, including restructuring, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Conduct HR training sessions and onboarding programs to enhance employee experience and leadership capability.
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant HR operations.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion aligned with GE Healthcare’s values.
- Prepare to support regional HR initiatives and projects as part of a broader SBU within the AKA region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural organization.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, Thai HR Institute) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and influence stakeholders.
