- Gain in-depth knowledge of the HSA process, assembly flow, rework flow, testing, and automation machines.
- Strive to enhance overall process efficiency and product quality, especially in the reflow interconnect process by increasing the effectiveness of this process.
- Conduct detailed studies and analyses to identify areas for improvement, including in-depth study of the physics of heat transfer, reflow soldering, material properties, and product design related to the reflow process.
- Perform big data analytics to drive improvements in reflow process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals through improvement projects.
- Preferable experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing and/or assembly processes.
- Strong technical knowledge in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, and Data Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Open-minded and enthusiastic about learning new things.
- Effective both as an individual contributor and as a team player.
- Positive attitude and good critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
