At LSP, we focus on both the happiness and success of our learners—delivering meaningful education that is both personal and future-ready.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented People Experience & Internal Communication Manager to strengthen staff engagement, improve communication flows, and foster positive relationships across the school community. This role will design and manage internal communication strategies for all employees - both Thai and international teachers - and lead initiatives that enhance collaboration, morale, and alignment with the school's mission.A key part of this role is to translate the school's vision and mission from leadership into clear, actionable messages and initiatives that connect staff and embed the school's values into daily work practices. The ideal candidate is a people connector, a creative communicator, and a skilled organizer who can bridge leadership intent with staff experience.What You'll Drive1. Internal Communication
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans for employees and teachers to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging.
  • Translate leadership and school goals into messages and actions that connect staff with the school's mission, vision, and values.
  • Manage communication channels (e.g., email bulletins, LINEWORK groups, LARK groups, internal newsletters, digital boards) for announcements, policy updates, events, and school-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure bilingual communication (Thai/English) to meet the needs of both local and foreign staff.
  • Support leadership in delivering messages that are engaging, aligned with school values, and easy to understand.
2. People Experience & Engagement
  • Design, plan, and execute activities that strengthen relationships between employees, teachers, and school departments.
  • Lead school-wide engagement programs such as team-building events, cultural celebrations, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, or informal channels to measure staff satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Partner with HR and school leadership to address engagement gaps and propose solutions that build a positive, inclusive culture.
3. Relationship Building
  • Act as a connector between employees and leadership, ensuring concerns and ideas are communicated constructively.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration by facilitating opportunities for staff interaction beyond daily work routines.
  • Support conflict resolution or communication challenges between employees in coordination with HR when needed.
4. Event & Activity Management
  • Coordinate logistics for engagement activities, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and post-event evaluations.
  • Ensure activities reflect the school's mission, values, and multicultural environment.
5. Collaboration with HR Team
  • Contribute to and support other HR initiatives as part of the HR team, ensuring alignment and teamwork across all HR functions.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, HR, or related fields
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in Thai and English - both written and verbal
  • Experience planning and executing events and activities that engage diverse audiences
  • Strong relationship-building skills across cultural and functional boundaries
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about improving the workplace experience
Work Conditions
  • Based full-time on-site at LSP School (Khlong Sam Wa)
  • Occasional travel to LEARN Corporation HQ (MBK Center) for meetings or collaboration
