- Define project scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks; oversee scheduling and resource allocation.
- Review designs, set performance goals, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor progress, manage scope changes, and evaluate final outcomes.
- Degree in engineering or related science field.
- Proven experience in project leadership, preferably in electronics or medical tech.
- Familiarity with BOM, cost estimation, and scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
- Understanding of ISO standards (9001, 13485, IATF16949).
- Background in telecom or electro-communications is a plus.
- Fluent in English; detail-focused and patient with repetitive tasks.
