Identify and engage new business opportunities across general industries to expand the market presence of products.
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for new product launches in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including applications and R&D.
Conduct comprehensive market research including analysis of customer needs, competitor activities and emerging trends through technical literature and patent reviews.
Prepare and present detailed market intelligence reports to guide product development and identify potential applications for lab-scale evaluation.
Manage customer relationships by resolving issues promptly, coordinating order fulfilment with manufacturing teams and supporting customer feedback initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
Experience 5 to 10 years in roles involving technical sales, business development or market research specifically within the polymer or engineering plastics sector.
Background from High-Performance or New Generation Polymers such as Fluoropolymers is plus.
Strong analytical mindset and negotiation capabilities.
Highly self-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficient in English communication skills both spoken and written.
