Draft, review, revise, and provide input on a wide range of commercial contracts, legal correspondence, and documentation related to the company's operations.
Manage and advise on legal issues arising from business activities and transactions.
Act as the primary legal advisor on all PDPA-related matters and ensure the company's full compliance with data protection regulations.
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions while keeping abreast of relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
Work collaboratively with internal departments and key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Handle special projects, ad hoc assignments, and other tasks as needed.
Lead, manage, and supervise the corporate legal team to ensure effective performance and alignment with company goals.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
At least 10 years of legal experience, either in a law firm or as an in-house counsel - preferably within an international real estate company.
Expertise in residential or office lease agreements and solid understanding of tax law.
In-depth knowledge of corporate law and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
