About the job HR Learning & Development (L&D)Job Summary:Responsible for supporting and executing learning initiatives across the organization. This includes managing SAP-related training operations, internal knowledge sharing, certification programs, and employee engagement activities such as orientation and milestone recognition including support L&D administrative & operation. The position will take a more strategic and facilitative role in designing and evaluating learning programs.Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage SAP External Training requests and coordination with Business Units.
  • Facilitate SAP Knowledge Sharing sessions and maintain internal learning records.
  • Coordinate KM Project Deliverable Sharing & Requests across departments.
  • Organize and track Non-SAP Training programs and attendance.
  • Support SAP Certification processes and documentation.
  • Maintain records of Certified Trainers and assist in trainer development.
  • Administer and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate 3-Year Service Milestone recognition activities.
  • Monitor and submit S&D (Skills & Development) Reports.
  • Process and track Cash Advance requests related to training logistics.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation programs.
  • Act as Training Facilitator & Organizer for internal and external sessions.
  • Lead onboarding engagement programs to enhance new hire experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in L&D, HR, training coordination, HR development roles
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and LMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
