Responsibilities:Oversee the process quality of external direct materials and services suppliers.Qualify new suppliers, implement APQP methodology in new product/process development, and monitor supplier performance and improvement.Drive supplier growth and continuous improvement in assigned commodities.Support plants in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective action plans.Assist Purchasing GCF in scouting, pre-selecting, and qualifying suppliers in alignment with global sourcing strategies.Apply APQP methodology to ensure effective development of new products and processes at suppliers' facilities.Analyze supplier performance, define improvement plans, and lead continuous improvement efforts.Support Plant Quality in managing claims for critical issues or when escalation is necessary.Conduct on-site process audits and ensure supplier quality management systems comply with standards.Monitor supplier quality indicators and generate global dashboards for all suppliers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in supplier quality management, procurement, or a related field, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.Experience applying APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodology.Proven track record in supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).Knowledge of process audits and supplier performance evaluations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to effectively liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.Interested candidates please send your update resume, current and expected salary with contact details to:ManpowerGroup Thailand - Eastern Seaboard Branch 143/165 Moo 12, T.Nong-prue, A.Banglamung Chonburi 20150 Contact no. 033-135014 ext.3414 or 081-104-8842 Contact person Khun Jurairat Srimala - Recruitment ConsultantManpower recruitment license No.Chobor.03/2554 Ref: BH55983
