As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer portfolios by providing comprehensive financial solutions to meet customers’ needs and achieve business targets set. You will also identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire them. Additionally, you will provide advice on banking products and services to support sales team in acquiring new customers and retain existing ones.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customers’ financial situation, goals and requirements to understand their needs and provide appropriate banking solutions to fulfill those needs.
- Build long-term relationships with high net worth individuals and businesses by offering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service quality.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products such as insurance, investment, loans etc.
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share.
- Manage assigned portfolios to ensure growth of assets and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or similar role.
- Experience in managing large portfolios and providing comprehensive financial solutions.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make sound recommendations.
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute plans effectively.
