· A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate field.
· Be creative, trendy, with the can-do attitude.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
· Be a team player and have the ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
· Good command of English, both spoken and written skills.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Power Point and Excel.
· Having a strong connection with agent would be an advantage.
