Position:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new in-house products (soups, liquid soups, ramen soups, and various sauces) from concept to launch.
- Create customized products based on specific customer requests and requirements.
- Specialize in developing and optimizing flavors by skillfully combining multiple ingredients to achieve desired profiles and consumer appeal.
- Ensure practical implementation of developed products, bridging the gap between lab-scale formulations and full-scale manufacturing.
- Work closely with manufacturing contractors to ensure smooth production processes and product quality.
- Accompany sales teams on client visits and proposals, providing technical expertise and product insights.
- Liaise with the head office's Quality Control (QC) team to discuss manufacturing management perspectives (no specific QC knowledge required).
- Openness to occasional travel to Japan/Hokkaido for R&D training, depending on the situation.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific field is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years in developing soup, sauce, or powder products, focusing on flavor creation and practical application.
- Willing to work in Rayong for lab activities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities might shift, and multi-tasking is common. Comfortable with uncertainty and willing to learn continually.
