- Investigate and resolve escalated application issues from Level 1 support.
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommend long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to address bugs and performance-related concerns.
- Monitor application logs, performance metrics, and system alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting procedures and known issues.
- Participate actively in incident and problem management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of application architecture, database systems, and operating systems.
- Basic experience with SQL , or log analysis tools(KIBANA).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
