This role requires a combination of commercial acumen, deep product knowledge, a strong understanding of technical trends and client needs, and a proactive approach to connecting with clients.Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Manage key customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for all commercial matters.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with the R&D team.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, technical, supply chain) to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for internal and client meetings.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the flavor, fragrance, food ingredients, or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of the flavor industry and its applications.
Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, strong negotiation abilities, and relationship-building skills.
