Job Responsibilities
- Create factory layout drawings including machinery, equipment, and electrical systems (e.g., Ror.ghor.4 documents for MOI submission) - Set up machinery and equipment during initial installation - Disassemble, assemble, and repair machinery and equipment - Develop maintenance and preventive maintenance plans - Troubleshoot and resolve machinery and equipment issues - Plan for new machinery/equipment implementation, including cost estimation, ordering, and delivery management - Provide technical guidance and on-site training to junior staff - Prepare and communicate standard work procedures - Prepare and update ISO-related documentation - Communicate with government organizations to talk about Licenses and permits. - Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor of engineering - At least 5 years of working experience as machine maintenance engineer - Desires to promote to management level. - Experience of providing technical guidance and on-site training to junior staff - Experience in preparing and submitting machinery installation permit documents to government agencies such as the Ministry of Industry (MOI)
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and procedures related to machinery installation in Thailand - Ability to liaise with government officials and ensure timely approval of permits - Bachelor of engineering in machine maintenance - Certificate of electrician - Management experience - Conversational high level of English - Can commute to office by company bus or motorcycle
